Tim Watts

Tim is a Consultant Neonatologist at the Evelina London Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, where he has worked since 2001. He joined MNSI as a Neonatal Clinical Advisor in 2024.

He has had a long-standing interest in the partnership between maternity and neonatal services, and the crucial role this partnership plays in ensuring safe, compassionate and equitable care for mothers, their babies, and families.

He has had a number of leadership roles within neonatal and maternity care, including with the London Neonatal Operational Delivery Network and the South East London Local Maternity and Neonatal System. He is also currently a Neonatal Specialty Advisor for the Care Quality Commission.
