Rebecca is the Business Development Manager for Maternity and Newborn Safety Investigations (MNSI), where she oversees the administrative team and supports the effective delivery of the programme. She plays a key role in coordinating and progressing a wide range of projects, contributing to the programme’s ongoing development and operational improvement.
Rebecca worked for within a local authority setting for many years before moving to the NHS where she supported a Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS). In this role, she led on the implementation of a co-production model to strengthen engagement with Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnerships (MNVPs), ensuring that the voices of women, families and communities were meaningfully embedded in service development.
Rebecca brings a strong focus on collaboration, project management, organisation and system learning, supporting MNSI’s ambition to improve maternity safety through effective partnership working and programme delivery.
