Nadia is a nurse and midwife with 30 years’ experience and holds a Masters in Learning and Teaching. She has extensive expertise in antenatal and newborn screening programmes at local, regional, and national levels.
Her current role is Quality and Improvement Lead for antenatal and newborn screening within the NHS England screening quality assurance service. In this position, she contributes to national policy decisions on screening, designs frameworks for measuring and improving quality, and works closely with maternity and other screening providers to ensure pathways are safe and meet national standards.
Nadia is committed to continually improving services and reducing inequalities, and she takes pride in supporting high quality, safe, and equitable care across screening programmes.
