I would like to thank our investigator for everything she has done for us. She has supported us through the worst time of our lives and made us feel cared for.
We definitely feel our voices have been heard and reflected properly in the report.
I wish our precious baby had not died and that we didn’t need to use this service but I am so glad it exists. It is so important that families can find out exactly what happened to their baby without having to try and do it themselves.
I feel that our investigator went above and beyond what we expected from her and I will never forget what she has done for us and how kind she was to us in such a dark time of our lives.
Our investigator was brilliant at her job and we couldn’t have asked for any more from her. She is a credit to the service and we can’t thank her enough. We are so grateful that a service [like this] exists, without this service I would never have questioned the actions of the hospital and would never have known the truth about our precious baby's death. Which has resulted in making changes at the hospital where he died and giving us some answers which we so desperately needed. This is an amazing service which you never know about until you’re living this nightmare, we can’t thank you all enough for such a thorough investigation.
